A Word About Private Wedding Dance Lessons

We've got to confess: these are pretty darn fun! There's music, there's your sweetheart, and there's this happy teacher letting you in on some nifty new secrets to having a swell time... ;-) Okay, we probably sound a little giddy, but we really like teaching wedding dance lessons, and that makes it a great experience for our students. And they will back us up on this--they report that their dance lessons are one the best parts of getting ready for the wedding!

In all honesty, we make sure that you enjoy yourself and really feel comfortable and even excited about your wedding dance. And that's important because the first dance is a big part of the reception. Guests wait until the bride and groom have had their first dance before getting on the dance floor. They are expecting you to dance, and in fact the party won't get started until you've had your spotlight moment.

Private Wedding Dance Lesson Packages

Private dance lessons are just the two of you and your instructor, working together with your chosen song to create the kind of dance you want. (Please note: "private lesson" doesn't mean a private room, but there are rarely more than a couple other lessons going on, and on occasion you will have the room to yourselves. If you would like a private room, please let us know in advance.)

5 Lesson Package: $350
10 Lesson Package: $650
Single Lesson rate: $75
(1-2 people)

Semi-Private Dance Lessons

Semi-private lessons are shared private lessons, for example, you might like to bring your parents or wedding attendants with you. It's like having your own private classes. They are customized to the dance style you'd like to learn, and you learn at your own pace. Family semi-privates are especially popular for weddings!

Regular rates (above) + $10 per extra person
Ex: 1 hour for 4 people: $75 (first 2 people) + $20 (for 2 extra people) = $95 per lesson
(up to 10 people extra. If your group is larger than 12, contact us for rate info.)
